The safety of our guests and employees is our highest priority. The South Tyrolean provincial law prescribes safety measures to ensure the health of guests and employees. Furthermore, we take additional measures to offer you a safe and carefree vacation.

Our hygiene concept

- Application of the top-down system (use of pre-soaked cloths and mops) when cleaning public surfaces to prevent cross-contamination
- Well thought-out disinfection plans for the entire campsite: all areas are cleaned with disinfectants at regular intervals. Sensitive touch points are disinfected several times a day.
-Regular disinfection of all air conditioning units. 
- Hand disinfectants are available throughout the campsite
-Continuous cold chains and proper storage of all food products
-monitoring of water quality in all pipes and pools
-Regular testing and hygiene training, as well as daily fever taking for the whole team
-Masks are used by our staff where hygiene requires it and the law requires it. 
-We keep free mouth-nose protection for our guests at the reception, just in case.
-All safety distances at tables and couches are guaranteed.
-The measures are adapted according to the law.
